Context
Network of six CSOs needed one coherent regional programme design.
Problem
Overlapping activities across members and weak sustainability beyond grant period.
What we did
Modular work packages per member with shared MEL, sustainability plan based on social enterprise pilot revenue.
Result
€85k grant awarded; 24-month implementation with joint KPI dashboard.
Lessons learned
- Sustainability should name revenue hypotheses, not only “capacity building”.
- Shared MEL lowers reporting burden and impresses institutional donors.
